Process of Learning

Starting a lesson with motivation and warm-up exercises is a well-established and effective teaching strategy. It not only grabs the students' attention but also helps create an engaging and positive learning atmosphere. The structure of including a complete lesson with a proper introduction, main content delivery, and assessment is a fundamental approach in pedagogy. It ensures that students not only receive information but also have the opportunity to apply and demonstrate their understanding. The organization of the classroom setup, where students' materials and bags are neatly arranged on shelves, is indeed a brilliant strategy. A clutter-free environment can minimize distractions and help students focus on their studies. It also contributes to a sense of orderliness and discipline, enabling students to occupy their seats comfortably, which can have a positive impact on their concentration.All of these being said, I conducted my demonstration teaching aligned to these observations. I started off with Motivational activities, next is the Lesson and Discussion and the Assessment. As a foreign teacher to them, I tried to use gestures as much as possible to convey the meaning of what I wanted to say. There were few technicalities during my demonstration, but I remained composed and still and tried an alternative instead of giving into dead air during the teaching demonstration.
